Seller did not complete the sale. I purchased the bike and the seller wanted more money to ship the bike. Said that ebay had a glitch .. ebay said seller cannot ask for more money once the buyer pays for item.. ebay said they would step in by the 15th of December. seller refunded money. I am disappointed with both seller and ebay..

Sorry, it shouldn't have been available to HI and ebay agreed. I talked to ebay and thats the solution they offered me to ask for the difference or a refund. You declined the shipping charge and I refunded.
