As described. This is actually the 2nd office I've purchased from this seller. I'm very happy to tell you, it was in great condition upon arrival, just as the first one was. I was worried that because it was refurbished, the battery would have a few too many miles on it, and die quickly. Fortunately, just the opposite. It has fantastic battery life. After putting it in a good case and getting a screen protector put on at a kiosk in the mall, I daresay it is impossible tell it isn't new.

I received a different item than was quoted. The camera screen was cracked and the imei that was initially given on the message was different. When I inquired about this, the seller stated i can return the item, but I didn't have the item to return and purchase another device as i was buying this for a trade in. All in all, it could've been a very negative experience but it turned out neutral as my network provider still accepted the trade-in.
