      The machine (which was promised to us to be in excellent condition) arrived with the wheels sitting directly on the pallet (i.e. not packaged at all)and didn't turn on. We had to spend an inordinate amount of time to get it replaced by another one, we had to wait for three weeks for the new one to arrive. When we purchased the visual field, I also bought a slit lamp from this seller with 6 mo warranty. It is shaky and seller tells it was due to shipping and won't fix it.

      You setup your own shipping twice and both times your shipper destroyed the items , we upgraded you and sent you a fully functional replacement that we shipped and it arrived perfectly , your issue was solved here and with an upgraded instrument. You also confirmed the slit lamp arrived safely and was working perfectly , then a month later you claim that the item was broken and when we were shown the issues with the item its clear someone dropped the item SELLERS BEWARE OF THIS BUYER!
