Despite the post offices best attempt to kill the plant ( 10 day trip) the plant arrived in perfect shape! I give all credit to John for the preparation and packaging of the plant that it arrived healthy. In no way was this John's problem but he was responsive to my messages about the shipping issues. I highly recommend John.
