Good "Basic" phone.
I ordered the phone on-line since I was tired of looking for one in stores. I use this phone to allow entry into my apartment building. One thing I wanted is a backlit handset. This one does not have that feature.

PROS: 1. It's a phone 2.You have a choice of 2 colors: Basic black & Basic white. 3. It has a memory but, what doesn't? CONS: 1. Phone is lightweight. 2. Lighted dial pad is too dark to see 3. Voice volume is not loud enough. 4. Phone IS wall-mountable BUT, the handset falls off of the cradle (all of the time) 5. I feel so stupid having bought this phone.

This phone is great. It will work during power outages and that is the only reason I bought it. BUT it also has many extra features like storing numbers, ringer tones, mute, volume control, speed dialing, ETC. so very nice for the money. Feels nice and heavy, like it is well built not just hollow plastic. Very nice for the money and would make a good daily use phone also. I would recommend it to anyone.This phone is great. Bell Quality with Nice Features
Whether AT&T, Ma Bell or one of the baby Bells, these phones boast good quality with clarity. The dial light is a bit dim but the features, including volume control, ringer volume, ringer off, memory, dial or pulse control on the fly, and choice of ringer tones more than make up for it. One thing AT&T knows how to do is build a good quality phone. Price is very reasonable.
