We tried to work through an issue the Android OS head unit was having, the reverse camera, when powered on shows a black screen. We troubleshot the issue over two days. His last response was to buy a different camera. Excellent customer service up until his last message of "Buy a different camera". I tapped myself out here with the head unit, subwoofer and amp and wiring the camera. I asked if he could just send a different camera and he hasn't responded. I'd like a refund to buy a new cam, $25.
