Baseball style hat was shipped in padded envelope. Naturally, hat was smashed flat & no longer has its shape. This was seller's response "I'm sorry to hear that. I ship non-breakable items in padded envelopes to save the buyer money on shipping costs. If the product is damaged by USPS, you can file a claim with them." Uh... Product wasn't damaged by USPS, hat was shipped in an envelope. Customer service non existent - shop elsewhere. Also, hat should be shipped in a box. Raise shipping cost!

Hat was packaged correctly in padded envelope as it is not breakable. Buyer said it was "smashed flat and shoved in my mailbox". This comment refers to the handling of the item by USPS and is out of the seller's control. Buyer did not seek any other recourse except to leave negative feedback.
