Seller is literally trying to sell the same item on FB marketplace, and solicited a friend of mine who was interested in this slot car as well. All was done after the car was sold to me. I'm now being told by the seller that he is out of town and can't ship until Thursday (needs time to sell elsewhere for more), after I've paid of course, and after he has been soliciting other people to buy the car off of eBay at a higher price than what he just got on eBay. I have proof of the messages.

No selling activity occurred after purchase by buyer, as they contend. Buyer was notified by "a friend" after transaction ended and payment was received about these alleged activities. Item was removed from other sites when auction ended. No selling activity of this item has occurred since this auction concluded.
