The auction description is correct. Unfortunately, Ebay did not read the full description about the size of the package. The customer is not telling the truth because we offered a 50% discount on the food, but the customer wants 75% and a refund of shipping costs. The customer is a liar.     The good: Great quality, material is soft and it feels great. It is very big pad you also put your keyboard on it. Shame it does not come in all black or black-blue combination. The bad: Very expensive, difficult to clean.
