Wanting to try the version of night prayers in book form instead of looking at my phone before bed. So far, it has been helpful.

  • Worth Reading

This story of the early years of Genghis Kahn gives a very interesting portrait of life among the tribes of Mongols . The hardships of that life are very hard for us to grasp, an this makes them very real. It gives us a clue on what drove peo0ple to their vast migrations over gret distances. I look forward to the rest of the series

  • Genghis: Birth of an Empire

Great historical fiction, the basic facts are fleshed out in a very entertaining way. The Mongol culture is really presented well, and the story telling is first class. I found this very comparable to Killer Angels.
