    Very easy to use!

    This modem set itself up faultlessly when plugged into my computer, and has performed really well without complicated software downloads and setups. Be aware that it is "only" 3G, but performed very well for casual internet access on my laptop whilst travelling around Queensland. Very pleased I bought it - great value and a quality product.

    Simple but very effective.

    I've had many modems over the years, this one beats all the others hands down when it comes to reliability and effectiveness. All the others I've bought seem to have complex software that requires regular re-installation of drivers, this one installs in seconds and works brilliantly.

    Quite good. Not quite to my expectations - which may have been too high

    Initially it would not work. It recognized the network (steady blue light) but would not connect to the internet. After about 15 attempts over 2 days, it suddenly started working. Now it works fine.
