The item was packaged for safe shipment and the general condition was as outlined (tested - works). Upon receipt I found a key (internal) malfunction that prevented the use of the CD player. To identify the malfunction required a PIONEER CD 6-disc changer (not part of the sell). I contacted the seller on the day of receipt and informed them of the malfunction. They took immediate (same day) action to refund my purchase. Outstanding support from seller. Definitely would buy from them again!

    Great value, excellent condition

    I purchased this phone for my husband, for me it is easy to use. He can be prehistoric with his thinking about technology, but he really loves it. I think his favorite features are the ease of use of the camera and the voice commands, especially voice to text.

    The Best Phone EVER

    Overall my experience was wonderful being that i have a Galaxy note 2...This phone is smaller, and the battery life is amazing...downfall..the block list does not show if the person you have blocked is continuing to try and call you as the samsung it does even if its restricted...but overall...service is excellent...would buy again

    Happy with my Iphone in TN!!!!!!

    I needed a new phone quick. I wanted a nice phone but didn't want to pay the bucks for it... I needed an iPhone that would work with Verizon towers for that is the only service where I live... it was a charm to get my phone, follow the instructions, and be talking on it in less than an hour of getting it out of the mailbox.

    I love this phone easy to use look great have good service neither though I would buy a apple product but I have got 1 mini I pad and ipad 2 just love them then they are so simpie to work that why I bought the ipad easy phone and Ipad would hone 4 apple is the most wonderful product I have every had I would high recommend this product very high awesome products made great value for the money
