Please look at all of the other A+ feedback received from buyers. The buyer DID receive a refund. I only sell occasionally on eBay but take very good care. I do not log in to eBay unless I have an item for sale so there was a time between the purchase and being aware of the demand for refund. This product was sold based on the information I knew about it and no refund policy was offered at the time of sale which was clearly stated in the listing. Needless to say, he did receive a refund.
