Nice trainer, but not suitable for sparring
Good things first: 1. It is made of high quality material, 2. I like the size and shape, 3. It sits well in the hand, 4. It is cheap. But, it is: 1. too rigid - strong blows are really painful and can cause damage. 2. too light - much lighter than the real knife of the same size. So I think this training knife may be good for training with dummy, but it is not suitable for full-contact sparring.Good things first: 1. It is made of high quality material, 2. Not meant for training
Not meant for training, maybe if your trying to stab someone with hard plastic. The product is hardy plastic and not useful for any form of training- item is hard and sharp plastic I will be throwing it in the trash. It can cut holes in the mats at my gym- do not recommend
