5 stars for the price. Obviously it is not a $2000 guitar but the pickups are decent--capable through a clean basic amp, and more than capable through a nice combo amp. The switch and knobs have a solid feel and function correctly. The neck feels surprisingly good -- the neck is worth the price, alone, due to very good fretwork, well dressed with no sharp edges, and nice profile and smooth back. It's a fast neck. Where it is cheap is the bridge (rattled until I adjusted it) and the tuners (not locking, and don't hold a tune more than a day or two). Setup was poor out of the box but that also was expected, and easy to fix with the provided small and large Allen wrenches. This is a very good price for a very good practice guitar or beginner's guitar.

These are very nice for the price. The Bullet logo is gone, and the quality is up. Good tuners and the hard tail keep it in tune. I like the sound of the pickups, but improvements could be made. It had a playable set up as shipped and even had new sounding strings.
