The item itself is great. It's a really nice tablet at a very fair price. The reason I'm leaving negative feedback is because of how things went after I bought it. The blunt truth is that this seller is a flat out liar. In the item description under the section about shipping, it says they will ship within two business days of payment and usually sooner. I bought this on 4/9/24. They didn't ship it until 4/16 or 4/17. I contacted them several times and was lied to each time.

    This device works very well, I am glad to have it. It's the same as the green one they sell for xbox one. They just branded it and charged more, so if you don't need a brand get this. They are both from seagate. The only downside is its 4tb when you hook it up and proceed it's only 3.7 tb, don't know why but it works well!

    Good portable hard drive. VERY SLOW transfer speed

    Good portable hard drive. About twice as thick as the 2TB model. VERY SLOW transfer speed. Literally took 50+ hours to transfer the stuff from my 2TB hard drive into this new 4tb hard drive.
