It was shipped in the original phone box (flimsy cardboard) and there was a hole ripped in the side when it arrived. Contacted seller with no response.     Love the expandability of the upright pieces

    For the most part, this is a very nice luggage set. The three uprights are all expandable, a really great feature. The hand carry bag is smaller than expected. However, it may be a good size as a ladies toiletry bag. It's a good thing I saved my better sized, perfectly good, hand carry bag (different shade of blue, though) from a tattered older (and not as nice) luggage set.
