    good product, good price, but the user manual/set up instructions were not in the box! this made the set up a challenge.

    The ad stated "Open Box" . Upon receipt there wasn't a box at all. The phones were stuffed into a plastic bag and the main charger is missing. There even were names and ph. numbers still in the phones. Totally unexpected and disappointing.
