This was advertised as a "used" machine, but this machine is basically BRAND NEW IN THE BOX!! everything with original packing, booklets, etc. I am ecstatic!! Best deal ever!! Works perfectly, of course because IT'S BRAND NEW!!! To be honest, communication was nonexistent, but I'm giving everything five stars anyway because despite that this is a GREAT SELLER!! I wish I could give ten!!!
