I bought a phone that arrived used. Upon receipt it worked but stopped after 3 days. It turns out seller sells LifelineAPC phones that are part of government program and part of the FCC which are not to be resold. Upon acceptance of the return of item alot of time lapsed before seller agreed to sending me a return label. Then seller refused to refund my money through eBay and my original payment method and requested my cashap details. BE CAREFUL. This seller commits fraud. Stay away!
