This is advertised as a lifevac brand ( the real brand lifevac choking device with their label and all) . The item I recieved is not a lifevac brand the least bit . The item is some foreign knockoff that may just kill someone who uses it. That statement/information alone can be found all over the world wide web and people have died using generic brands other than lifevac and this item could be deadly. I am beyond furious how decieving someone can be and their disregard for human life.!!

I received my life vac today. You said in the ad that it would have an adult, child and practice mask. There are only two masks in the kit, not three. The ad also said it was USA best seller and Life Vac is printed on the case. That printing is not on the case you sent me. Is this really a Life Vac or an imitation? Where is the third mask? Please answer both of my questions. I'm still waiting for your answer.
