This one is our second shuffler, we wore the first one out! So it was not difficult to choose to order the same one again. It worked great and made it a snap to mix the cards. This kludge could hardly be less expensively made
Pros: Yes, it shuffles cards. This is one more essential labor saving device we all need. Another Pro: you can laugh at me for wasting my money on something I can already do just fine. Cons: While it is shuffling, it makes a horribly loud and obnoxious racket, sort of like a blender on 'Puree' with nails and marbles in it. Anyone with hearing aids will regret being in the same room with this noisy thing. Fortunately, it doesn't take too long to shuffle a deck of cards. Just warn the old folks first, or you might find yourself getting unexpectedly tripped by a cane or a walker... Finally, I don't think it's necessary to mention that it's made in China; that's a given. Or that you get what you pay for. But since misery loves company, have at it! Buy yourself one o' these infernal contraptions—and if the geezers complain, comment that "It's loud enough to wake the dead!" That'll get 'em to thinking...Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

First use not impressive
The first (and only so far) night we used it, it kept jamming on the right side. The wheels needed alot of coaxing. It was a royal pain. It takes awhile to shuffle 6 decks of card anyway, this just added to the time it took. In the same room someone else had the same shuffler. She has had it for several years. Good for multiple decks
This shuffler is a bit slow and the cards don't feed through evenly from the sides--just like my old one. The latter seems to be a problem with large shufflers. It's still good when using multiple (6) decks, better than hand shuffling.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sporadic shuffling of cards.
It is an ok product. If you have arthritis and it is difficult to shuffle cards, this is a better alternative. The cards don't always mix evenly. Sometimes more cards one side drop down and just a few on the opposite side mix in and sometimes we have to gently push the pack on one side to get it moving. We have yet to find one that works very well. The one we received has a slight bend in the side of it, which probably happened during the shipping because the box was damaged as well.
