Tried to contact the seller, never responded . Sent text messages through EBay, never responded. When I opened the package, I couldn’t believe box for the key board was ripped before I open. ( attached photo), some wire didn’t come with plastic covered. Many suspicious evidence were found for this was either returned computer or, they didn’t care how it was sent out to customers. Computer itself has no problem, however the way it came mede me so upset, bad customer service.

Cartridges need patience
I ordered and received three colors of these cartridges. Price was good, delivery was fast. Upon installing, all of them gave a "missing or damaged" message on my printer. After some tinkering, inserting, wiggling, reinserting, etc. They finally all registered and perform well. It came to mind afterward that perhaps the contacts had some light film or corrosion due to age? In any case, they all work great now.I ordered and received three colors of these cartridges. Every once in awhile my HP 7500 printer gets real particular and stubborn about the cartridges I feed it. Generally I refill the cartridges many times or use refilled cartridges, but then it gets stubborn - won't recognize the cartridge even exists. No amount of unplugging, coaxing or cussing will make it work, only a OEM HP cartridge. That's where this filled the need.
