This seller provides zero communication to the buyer. I ordered Jan 5th, had no update on my purchase, so I messaged the seller on Jan 11 for tracking information. As of Jan 18 still no communication. I did finally receive my package on Jan 14. However, this item came from Amazon, the package had clearly been opened prior to it being in my possession. Per the item description it was to be new, in original packaging, and undamaged. I did not intend on buying my item from Amazon.
