Good price, free priority shipping, then complete disaster. Box arrived torn wide open with nothing in it! USPS mail carrier left official note stating he received it that way and to contact the seller. I did, attaching pics of the damage / official USPS documentation. Neutral experience: Box should have been prepped better / taped up for (4) soap cartridges / weight, but Seller processed full refund with no major hassle / delays.
