      Shimano Dura Ace st 7801 Brifters

      Those were the road brifter with externer cabling which were and are far superior to their sucessor and competitors. Dura Ace 7800 despite shorty lived existence is legendary and stellar quality, it even beats Campagnolo Record buy the Dura Ace 7800 Befiters while you can because those won't be always for sale.
