Purchased a Ring that weighed about 2 oz they shipped it in a small flat box but charged me $11.75. I asked for a small shipping discount and they said absolutely not. The small flat box is only $7.00. since I was paying for the shipping I thought they would at least consider a small refund. Be ware when buying from this seller the shipping cost is inflated over actual cost. Probably won't be buying from them again.

Customer asked for a 14% discount which I agreed to right away. After customer received item, they asked for a partial shipping refund on a shipping price that they agreed to pay after already getting a very nice discount. Customer accused me of "price gouging" shipping price even though shipping price never changed from when they first saw the item. Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with before. Beware of this seller!
