Extremely pleased! The Kenwood VR-309 received arrived in pristine condition, works great, and was shipped inside the most gorilla-proof packaging I've ever seen! I've never seen so much bubble wrap in one box. And I'm glad! I was concerned about buying this relatively heavy item (~20 lbs), and even offered to pay a bit extra for more robust packaging, but... the seller graciously declined the extra $ and said he ALWAYS packages items robustly. He was not exaggerating. Cheers!
