Positive, with reservations. Tie mailed promptly with tracking information and arrived quickly. However, the tie received did not match the original listing images. The listing shows the Brooks Brothers' label, "Proudly Made in New York USA Fabric Imported from England" and a US Flag. The label on the tie I received (see attached image) says. "Makers and Merchants." Despite the different images, the tie did match the seller's written description. Recommended with reservations.
