first of all there was a delay in my response time due to my wife, having a massive heart attack. so please forgive me for my delayed response time. I unfortunately was thinking of other more important things, than the replacement of your plates at that time. furthermore I asked you to release your hold at the direction of ebay so that I could use my funds to order the two replacement plates. your hold then caused ebay then to place my funds on hold.
