The box containing the monitor was very well packaged and arrived in pristine condition. It also arrived a day before the expected delivery date. Though it was described as used it was in essentially new condition and included the manuals, original packaging, and even a battery for the monitor. This monitor is no longer manufactured so I was very happy to find a monitor that worked with my watch. It works perfectly. I am very happy with the purchase and with the seller.
