    The best 12hr relief I have found!

    Musinex DM has been very effective relief for my nasal and chest congestion for 12hrs with just one pill. I have Asthma and I suffer from seasonal congestion Musinex DM is very effective at clearing heavy congestion and is an important part of my Asthma / Alergy management regiment.

    Cold and Cough? This the "Atomic Solution"

    Mucinex is the industry leader in, especially, decongestants / expectorants. In this case, they put their very strongest expectorant (1200 mg of Guaifenesen) together with the best cough suppressor known (Dextromethorphan HBr...a 60 mg shot, more than enough). You take one of these and if you aren't feeling at least 75% better in about 30 minutes? You better head to CareNow. Good stuff...the BEST stuff. (Big tablet could be hard for some to swallow...take it with a litle bit of food, if necessary. I don't like to take ANY off this kind of stuff with food. I don't want the BUFFERING affect. Just take it on an empty stomach, with a big glass of water, if you can. That gives you the max-benefit, impact.

    Take one and feel better quickly -- with a 10/12 oz glass of water!

    I use this when my sinuses are tickling my nose, and my nose is running. It's the only thing that calms them down. It is worth the price. I have been using it for years along with Benedryl, and generic Afrin (3 days only for the generic Afrin). But I must drink the full glss of water as stated on the instructions! Excellent product!!
