The item is as described but arrived without any packaging - just in the plastic zip bag the item is sold in. The delivery was later than expected - purchased 5 August expecting a 48 hour Yodel delivery but arrived after 10 days on 15 August. Seller advised it’s 2 days from next working day and can’t be held responsible for reliability of Yodel. I would suggest be clearer in delivery statement and if wants reliability for delivery, pay more for delivery and use Royal Mail.

We are sorry to hear that the delivery was late, but as you said, had nothing to do with us, but with Royal Mail, since we only use their services, we never used Yodel or any other than Royal Mail, but lately, they have lots of delays... We have made lots of complains in regards to their service, but apparently no action was taken. Most likely is due to them being short-staffed...
