I contacted the seller after not having received my DVD and at least a month or more had gone by. The seller said that it had been delivered and that probably some porch pirates had stolen it! I have not had a similar experience of porch pirates taking anything previous and I have ordered a lot in the past six months or so. Pretty much the end result was me being out of pocket , as the seller didn't want to replace or refund. So won't be using this particular seller again in the future.....

This order was shipped USPS with tracking the day of purchase. USPS tracking showed the item was delivered to the buyers address. Instead of taking up the situation with his local post office, the buyer chose to leave negative feedback. Item was shipped and delivered on time.
