Seller swears he had no idea this was not a new item since it was in original wrappings. In the box was an invoice stating it was reconditioned but he probably did not open box. I can not return it because it was charging on my computer since battery was not charged and could have been taking data from computer since it downloads books, etc after it was charging it still did not work so I was suspicious and can not return it since I do not know the seller s intentions.
