Fit and finish of the tube is exceptional, however, packaging gets this a big thumbs down. Spring was wrapped coiled and when you remove the wrapping it looks like a tangled slinky and it takes forever to find the ends. It's almost twice as long as it needs to be, and took the better part of an hour to untangle it. The photo is after about 25 minutes of fooling with it.

Item was received missing parts. Seller said they reshipped the replacements with “USPS First Class” without tracking service because tracked Ground Advantage shipping ($4.50) is too expensive for my $20 order. USPS First Class service does not include irregular envelopes thicker than .25” so I’m not sure how the seller could ship parts with that service. They never arrived perhaps returned to seller for not following USPS regulation. Seller offered to reimburse for me to go buy them myself.

Buyer claimed that the $0.25 screws were not included in the order. We shipped replacement screws per his request. Buyer then claimed that the replacement screws did not arrive. He then DEMANDED we give him a 50% refund but refused our offer for a FULL refund for a no cost return. This fraudulent activity has been reported to eBay and this buyer has been blocked.

The seller is lying. I never made any demands for a refund of any amount. Such a demand would be against ebay policy and I didn’t do that. I only asked for seller to provide tracking a week after they claimed they sent replacements. They claimed tracking cost too much and I should return. Why would they pay $4.50 for a return label instead of buying the same label to ship hardware with tracking and make the order correct? Other feedback for this item shows they ship without hardware frequently.
