    The item was in beautiful, brand new, shrink-wrapped condition; my issue is with the manufacture quality which is not the fault of the seller, who was great. CBS/Paramount clearly tried much too hard to reduce the cost of the DVDs; there's intense compression artifacting in dark scenes and going from episode to episode requires more clicks than it should. Still, it's a great show and I don't regret the purchase, I'm just a software nerd and the user experience is something I care about.

    Individual seasons would be better.

    This series is a stroll down memory lane for me and a chance to bond with my grandkids over "tricked out" popcorn...IF a disc can be safely removed from the horrible case! I should have taken the adventure of individual seasons; it would have been SO much less hassle...FYI.

    STNG complete - DVDs high quality, excellent packaging

    Quality of the DVDs is excellent. Re-engaging with the characters is wonderful. The packaging is a little awkward. But in comparison to other collections, it does a good job of protecting the disks while minimizing storage space.
