break-up music is usually somewhat mushy so i was skeptical at first when this was released in light of previous efforts. when a friend suggested the fall i was entrenched in an analog classical phase so i figured why not? her smooth vocals go hand in hand with the overall mood. no huge surprises, just great song writing and good band chemistry. this really isn't what i would term easy listening because she makes you listen. you feel it like you feel sade or shawn colvin or ___________ (fill in the blank). with a jazz rhythm section this good it's no wonder she's on top (hat)of her game. the packaging is nice as well.

I actually got this CD for my wife because she is a big Norah Jones fan and, we have had dinner together listening to this album, and I must admit it was a very pleasant experience, this singer has a jazzy mellow voice, matching her rhythms of music flow. I would definitely recommend it to anybody who enjoys music, and memorable times.
