    Creative 5400 5.1 speakers somewhat disappointing

    I used a set of Creative Inspire 5200 5.1 speakers for 4 years until some of the speakers went bad. I really liked them so I decided to get another set of Creative speakers so I bought these. Even though these are older speakers they came new in box and work fine. But compared to my old 5200 spealers these don't produce as strong a base from the subwoofer. Also when I crank the sound up these don't seem get as loud at the 5200 speakers. Finally the wired control pad for the power, volume and base doesn't have numbers on the dials indicating the level unlike the control pad for the 5200. I found numeric settings very useful as I knew immediately what value to reset them to if I changed the value. Overall I'm disappointed in these speakers.

    Very goog product

    My old sound controller was failing, but the speakers were still great. I just needed a new volume controller, and this is it.

    happy

    i buy those spekers two weeks ago so happy when open the box,brand new and clear sound. this spekers got evething i need for playing movies,games and my favorites music. wiht the 5.1 sound sorrund and 115 watts total power system, evething go on very well.
