About this product

Product Information

An action-adventure game designed to continue the story of the 2004 feature film, the comprehensively credentialed Disney Presents a Pixar Film: The Incredibles -- Rise of the Underminer allows players to take the role of Mr. Incredible or Frozone, in a battle against the Underminer and his aggressive robot minions. Each character has a distinct set of superpowers, as in the movie, and these can become stronger with experience. The game allows players to switch between the two heroes on the fly, using each character's special abilities where they'll do the most good. Rise of the Underminer also features a two-player mode, in which the heroes can use teamwork to take on the villain's trickery and tantrums in tandem.

Simple yet elegant. TOTALLY WORTH IT!!!

Although not exactly what some would consider a challenging game, Rise of the Underminer is still a fun, highly entertaining and exciting game! Whether you’re an Incredibles fan like me, or a GameCube fan or whatever, this game is worth trying out. As for the overall quality, the game came just as I expected—complete with case and manual just like the seller said, and the game worked excellent. Clean, sharp images, and no glitches or lag time whatsoever. Definitely recommending this game to anyone interested!

    Game is okay.

The disc has scratches, but the game was still playable without any issue. The overall game is super easy but the side missions are challenging.

  • An Overpriced Shortie!

My 11 year old special-needs grandson finished this game playing a couple of hours in two days! He's never finished a game before (gamecube). I couldn't believe it when he told me he beat the game! Must be the shortest game on record. I watched him play again and "Enemy Repetition Quickie" should be its name! Constant fighting. Short thrills, short missions, short on everything. Oh, and the rest of the Incredibles Family aren't playable. You have two interactive characters. Wasted opportunities on becoming a better game. Feels thrown together and decidedly rushed. Treat this one as a rental or wait for the $5 dollar clearance bin.

  • My 7 year old loves it.

The replay value for younger kids is great, as for adult gamers Rise of the Underminer has little to offer. You can beat this game within 3 hours and fully upgrade your 2 characters. This game is basically a button cruncher, extreemly repetitve enemys. You are always fighting the same bad guys from start to finish. I'm sure my son would give this a 5/5 coming from a 25 year old experienced gamer I say this is just below average. Rent it first.
