When the vacuum was delivered, I first assembled the hose, wand & power nozzle & tried it out on my floors. It performed flawlessly with really good suction, on both bare floors, rugs & carpet. I took it to my parents (I purchased it for them) & it refused to work. I contacted the seller & he immediately responded with advice & solutions. But, it still wouldn't run as advertised. So, I started a return on eBay & after talking with him, we agreed to return, repair & return it to me. Very happy!
