    A good over night diaper if you wear something to hold it in place like a onsie or underwear over it. Very absorbent.

    This diaper is absolutely amazing in its ability to rapidly wick urine even after being wet multiple times and it is incredible how much it will hold. However, the cloth backed diapers while quiet, are not good. I wore this diaper to work and in an air conditioned office, an hour after I wet it once it was cold against my skin. After being wet a couple times when I moved I smelled urine, and my pants were slightly damp. Not wet, just typical bleed through of a cloth backed diaper. It is also very low cut so while it won't stick out above your pants, it also won't stay on. After being wet 3 times it was no where near capacity but it was so thick and heavy the sides just kept stretching and it kept sliding down. If they made this in plastic backed and a little taller it would be awesome.

    Not good overall

    While this is a better madeproduct by attends it still falls short of other briefs. If you want something heavy for daytime use these are not them. There isn't enough elastic or stretch to keep these up unless you have large hips like a women. Tapes are placed too low from the top causing the front and back to roll down. What little stretch there is in the tapes do not stay tight around your waist. Even laying any movement cause brief to slide down. Rise, length of brief is not for anyone over 5'10". If your taller the lower tapes makes you fasten well below your waist. You have to put these on super tight making them uncomfortable to wear. Over half of the leak guards were glued to the padding. Very similar to a China made brief.

    Bang-for-buck diaper

    Amazing diaper! There is a bit of extra padding near the tops & wings of this diaper to help absorb for the trickiest of times, especially during sleep. Tapes are incredibly grippy & strong to keep the diaper snug, leg gathers are generous, inner leak guards are outstanding, the entire diaper--from outer cover to inner lining--is very soft & comfy to wear...and absorbs like nothing else I've ever worn & wet. There's no pooling between wetting & absorption, no threat of leaking past the leg gathers, nothing. It just all gets absorbed immediately and your skin barely feels any wetness...unlike other adult diapers. This is the best out there, and affordable, too! I recommend Attends Premier diapers with no reservations whatsoever.
