Item was as described and is installed on my 99 Chevy suburban k1500 with only a small cut to fit and function perfectly. Minor adjustments should be expected with parts that are made for multiple models, so this is not cause for complaint. My only complaint with this transaction is FedEx. I thought I selected UPS for my shipping method because I hate FedEx, they never get deliveries right. It's always late or messed up somehow. I never choose FedEx for shipping when I have the choice.
