Does not work properly
Item was supposed to be a direct replacement for my model. Had to alter the cabinet to accommodate the switch clip. Not a big deal since I know it was an after market part. The freezer runs and cools, but the problem is that the switch does not allow the freezer to be turned off. That is what one of the problems with my old thermostat (along with the compressor never turning off) Waiting to see if this "new" thermostat will allow the compressor to cycle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

works but limits off to -10.......hard on 134a units.
I was a little dissapointed at the limit switch..... the book says to set up your freezer to 1-2 degrees...at the beginning.....this thermostat will not dial backwards to 1-2 degrees... the freezer had to run all the way to -10....which is dam hard on a 134a unit. -10 setting is just 1 click..from the off dot. no other way to monkey with it..but it was good quality...and it works fine...but it gets dam cold.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
