The package (manila envelope) was destroyed by the USPS with the resultant loss of the bottle it contained. I gave the destroyed envelope, along with a copy of the EBAY order which had a picture of the lost bottle. Although it took 3 days, they did find the bottle and brought it to me today. Before this happened, the seller offered to either refund my payment or send me another replacement bottle. He was quick to respond and gracious to make it right. He is a great EBAY seller.
