Brooch arrived with one of the stones dislodged. Seller did accept a return and offered a full refund, which I appreciate, but was petty, IMO, in flatly refusing to issue a *partial* refund for me to have the piece repaired. Incidentally, that same brooch has been relisted, with no mention of the damage, and in their description, the seller refers to requests for partial refunds due to damage, such as mine, as “scams.” What, did I purposely dislodge the stone myself?! Insulting. Buyer beware.
