Customer is absolute Fraud. Claims he's returning the unit because it's missing a software which was all a lie. We told him to send back the unit, gave him a label and he apparently claims he dropped it off but tracking shows no movement and asking us for a refund. We told him no refund is issued until item is returned and he replies back that he's coming to beat the hell outta me.

    Feeling Rich

    This was a graduation gift for a high schooler going to college. He is very excited about the macbook and carries it everywhere. On those rare occasions when he is not at home and does not have his macbook with him, his niece seeks and uses it (against his wishes). She says it makes her feel "rich". I would say this is a great value all around. Apple now has 2 new converts.
