it was pretty easy until it was time to screw on the wooden seat. the holes are not aligned properly with the holes on the poles to the chair. i ended up screwing 3/4 screws underneath each wooden chair. other than that the quality was way better than i expected. the set it sturdy and strong. i am satisfied

I bought three of these office chairs. I assembled one and it was so uncomfortable and unstable that I immediately disassembled it and requested a return. I received one shipping label for $99 but I had three boxes to ship back. The seller informed me that I would need to purchase two more return labels. Having spent $130 on the chairs, it seemed best to cut my losses rather than spend $300 shipping these chairs back.
