A very disappointing experience with this seller. The size of the shoes listed was incorrect in the description. The description said an 8 and they were actually a 9. When I contacted the seller, there was no apology and no action to correct the error. I originally thought of sending them back even though the listing said no refunds, but due to the expense of shipping, it did make any financial sense. The seller offered nothing to rectify the mistake that they made.

my mistake i listed wrong size. buyer said she would keep for full refund. i said open a case would send a return label my expense. she opened then closed a case in 60 seconds then left this review. no chance for label to be generated. seriously. i would have paid for return for these sandals. beware
