      Yes, contacted seller. Was refunded for bulb. Item did not include a lens (which was stated in small print at end of description, which I didn't notice.) Ordered lens separately from another seller... which arrived with a crack. I decided to return the projector. Lens seller rebated the cost, shipping, and tax. This seller DID NOT rebate original shipping nor return shipping nor tax. That may be the norm for Ebay, but if satisfaction is guaranteed, I'm not satisfied and won't use Ebay again.

      Buyer assumed the item included an accessory that it didn't. Not only was the assumed accessory not in any of the included pictures, but it was also stated in the description of the listing that it wasn't included. All the font in the description is the same size (no small print). The description consisted of one short paragraph detailing the item, its condition, and what was included! The buyer initiated a return through Ebay and was promptly refund in the amount request and required by Ebay.
